I went camping the last couple of weekends with my family, and we rented a trailer for the first time. With 3 kids, 1 of whom is 8 months old, it was so much easier and more comfortable.

Galleries and Instagram feeds for landing pages

We recently launched galleries and Instagram feeds for landing pages. A picture tells a thousand words, but sometimes one isn't enough to tell the whole story. You can now share a dynamic feed of your most recent Instagram pictures on your landing page, or a gallery of images of your choosing. We're really excited about the flexibility this gives to creators!

WHAT I'M WATCHING

The Imagineering Story

Walt Disney Imagineering is the design and development center where they create Disney theme parks. I loved learning about everything that goes into these designs, it's incredible! More than anything, this was deeply inspiring as a creator. The imagineers are so talented and they work so hard to make these dreams come to life. If you're looking for some inspiration, I'd highly recommend watching it!

You can find it here on Disney +

FROM CREATOR SESSIONS

The Shires

Are you familiar with the British country duo, The Shires? Their sound is amazing, and their story is really cool too. I loved this episode with a duo because they were able to talk to each other and really share a lot of their stories and the interesting details of their songs.

CREATOR I ADMIRE

Levi Allen

Levi is a talented filmmaker, who documents epic adventures and shares them. I love how Levi takes these adventures and weaves in gorgeous shots of the outdoors and great behind-the-scenes details. He's also just a great guy, who happens to be a good friend. I won't be jumping off a 1,000 foot waterfall anytime soon, and I won't lie this video did give me sweaty palms, but it was also beautiful and inspiring!

That's it for today, hope you have a great week!

Hey Reader, What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail? You’ve probably seen some version of this question before. It’s a good one, though sometimes the answer isn’t immediately obvious. That’s why I like Graham Weaver’s 8 questions for what to do with your life. Graham founded the private equity firm Alpine Investors, and he teaches at Stanford. In Chapter 2 of my upcoming book, The Ladders of Wealth, I credit him with a principle he shared with his MBA students called "worse first",...

Hey Reader, If I could solve only one thing in my business, that would have the biggest impact, what would that be? This is the question every great entrepreneur obsesses over. Rather than trying to do everything at once, you look for the bottleneck and focus on solving that. There’s a book called The Goal by an Israeli physicist named Eliyahu Goldratt. It’s a 1984 business novel that business systems nerds love. However if you’re not a business systems nerd you probably… won’t love it. It’s...

A hundred dollar bill against a plain light background.

Hey Reader, Have you ever spent money on something and immediately felt guilty afterward? Will Guidara spends his money foolishly on purpose. And he thinks you should too. He once bought an entire barrel of whiskey and put it in his basement. He also put a skee-ball machine in the office. Is he going to get a monetary return on either of these things? No. But that’s kind of the point. He calls it the 95/5 rule: Manage your money and time like a maniac 95% of the time (no expense is too...
