I started using a walking treadmill desk this week after a few other coworkers at ConvertKit told me how much they love theirs. So far I'm averaging 5 miles a day and find it relatively easy to walk at a slow speed (1.75 - 2 MPH) and do a meeting or write. It's especially great for the mid-afternoon time where I'm struggling to focus.
At first it made me motion sick (I can't look at my phone in the back seat of an Uber), but then I got used to it by day two.
Here is the one I got. I'll keep you posted on how the experiment goes.

Earth Mission Asia matching fund is almost halfway to goal
I shared a few weeks ago about EMA and the amazing work they do to provide medical care for the Karen people in Myanmar.
Right now they are raising funds to build an Out-Patient Department (OPD) building. This is the place where all patients first arrive at the clinic. It has exam rooms, a waiting area, check in area, pharmacy, and lab.
The cost to build the new ODP is $38,000 along with another $18,000 for the medical equipment it needs to operate.
That's what I want your help for. For just $56,000 we can provide life-saving medical care for an entire community.
I think with the readers of this newsletter we can fund the entire thing. Hilary and I will match any donations up to $28,000. So I'm looking for you to help contribute the rest. I'd love for you to donate $500 (or whatever amount you are able to).
