It's such a crazy story, and I really respect Catherine for being so up front and honest about it. She also shares the guardrails they've put in place since then to protect against it.
CONVERTKIT UPDATES
New navigation & dashboard
After a lot of user research and testing we're ready to unveil the new navigation in ConvertKit. The goal is to make it a lot faster to access sequences, snippets, and other features that were buried before, as well as group features better. You'll start to see the new the new nav over the next week or so.
We've also released a new dashboard that has stats front and center as well as quick actions to easily create a form, broadcast, or anything else you might need to.
